Spawn agents from the portal. Per-agent caps, MCC allowlist, geofence editor. KYB gating wired end-to-end.
Members + RBAC
Invite teammates as Owner / Admin / Operator / Viewer. Scoped to a Company. WebAuthn-required for Owner role.
AP2 mandate UI
Sign IntentMandates from the portal with passkey. Mandate timeline + revocation flow.
Cut next quarter.
Event-sourced ledger
Promote the working ledger to a strict append-only event store. Anchored hourly on Base. Replayable by trace ID.
Per-agent MCP server
Move from a shared MCP gateway to a dedicated per-agent server. Per-tool rate limits, per-tool ACL.
On-chain agent registration
Deploy AgentCard registry on Base Sepolia, then mainnet. did:web → did:base resolver.

Multi-sig PaymentMandate
2-of-3 / 3-of-5 quorum for high-threshold spends. Tap-to-approve via WhatsApp + email + portal.
Subagent delegation
An agent spawning a subagent inherits a strictly-narrower mandate. Replayable hierarchy, revocable in one shot.
ACH return + dispute portal
First-class chargeback handling. Auto-reverse, principal notify, evidence package builder.
Streaming USDC
Per-second USDC streams for compute / API providers. Stop on policy breach in <1s.
EU passport + LATAM rails
EMI license in EU, Pix master account in BR, SPEI in MX, PIX in CL. Full local presence in 12 markets.
Open RFCs, no commit date.
Receipt-of-funds attestation
Counterparty signs an attestation when payment lands. Closes the loop on async settlement.
Agent-to-agent escrow
Two agents transact via a third-party AgentWallet escrow with mandated release conditions.
Tax-aware payouts
Per-jurisdiction withholding + 1099 / W-8BEN automation at payout time.
